Good food starts with feeling safe.
Cooking happens in private homes, so safety matters for customers and cooks alike.
For customers
How we review cooks
Every cook applies with their details, dishes, food photos and availability, and is reviewed by our team. Cooks may complete a cooking assessment before joining.
Details of additional verification steps are being finalised.
Food hygiene expectations
Cooks are expected to wash hands, keep surfaces clean, store food correctly and leave your kitchen clean.
Allergies
Tell us about allergies in special requests when you build your table. Your cook sees them before the booking. Please check ingredients if an allergy is severe.
Your information
We only share what your cook needs for the booking — like your address, date and menu.
For cooks & kitchen support
Respectful treatment
Cooks and kitchen support are food talent. We expect customers to treat them with respect and courtesy at all times.
Cooking in private homes
Cooks come to cook the agreed menu. Kitchen support helps with cooking-related prep and clean-up — not general household work.
Kitchen safety
If a kitchen isn't safe or suitable for the agreed cooking, cooks can raise it with Kasi Harvest before starting.
Professional conduct
Cooks are expected to arrive on time, communicate clearly and respect the customer's home.

Emergencies
